Tbh, had a just perfect stay in february. Clean, traditional hotel, I truly enjoyed well-appointed rooms and efficient staff. It was next to bustling bars and cafes, the best restaurants and very easy to get around on foot, incredible location overall.

The location here was amazing. It was so beautiful and really close to the center, which was super convenient. being right by restaurants and water taxis was a big plus. I could easily hop on a water taxi from here to places like ARSENALE & St Mark's Square. And let's not forget about the great wine bars around - perfect for a relaxing evening 🍷.

The room was very large and comfartable, within walking distance to everywhere and the breakfast staff were very pleasant.
The only thing was the reception staff were a bit pompous but this might have been lost in translation

Convenient location – you can easily walk to all the sights nearby. Plus, there's a handy writing desk and a hair dryer in the classic double room. 💫

The hotel is beautiful and in a lovely part of Venice - not hectic or too crowded but with easy transport to the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We have stayed in Venice a number of times and this hotel is by far the best.

The superior queen room was brand-new with nice decoration. the service was individual, including an early check-in. - the restaurant was reasonably priced and served excellent food. My revised review: We only stayed here for 7 nights as we were in a hurry, but everything about our experience was beautiful. the superior queen room, which didn't seem appealing in photos, turned out to be brand-new with lovely decoration. We appreciated the individualized service that even allowed for an early check-in. the restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices.

We had a perfect 10/10 new year with delicious breakfast. The superior double room was brand-new, everything was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and check-in was early. A wide range of food for breakfast, everything was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Friendly staff, nice & cosy room, close enough to most of the interesting locations and happenings (walking distance), but far enough from it for a good night sleep.

It is very comfortable and beautiful hotel, the staff is very polite.
The restaurant is small and the location of the hotel is not very convenient for city trips (the main attraction is not near the hotel).
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
